For Hyundai Sonata 2020-2023 Front Fender Panel Right Side

Description

Front Right Fender Panel for 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata (OEM 66320L0000)

Restore the original look and function of your 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata with this front right fender panel for the passenger side. It is built as a vehicle-specific replacement for owners and repair shops who need a part that matches the factory design instead of a universal piece that has to be modified to fit. This part replaces OEM part number 66320L0000.

When a fender is creased, torn or rusted, repairing it can take more labor than simply fitting a new panel. You can compare other options in our replacement fender panels range. This replacement fender is shaped for the Sonata so the body lines, wheel arch and mounting points follow the factory layout, which helps when aligning panel gaps with the hood and door.

A panel usually needs replacing rather than repairing when the metal is creased along a body line, torn, stretched or rusted through. Heavy filler work on a damaged panel can crack later and rarely matches the factory shape, while a new panel gives a straight, consistent surface for paint and correct gaps to the surrounding parts.

This part is listed for the Hyundai Sonata in the following model years: 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. It is for the passenger side (right) of the vehicle. The OEM reference number is 66320L0000. Partslink interchange: HY1241177. We stock a range of other Hyundai parts, so it is easy to source everything for the repair in one place. Before ordering, compare the part with the original or check the part number on your existing piece to make sure it matches your trim and options.

Here is what you get with this front right fender panel for the Sonata. It comes primed, ready for the body shop to prepare and paint in your vehicle color. It is made from steel, like the panel it replaces. This is the right-hand (passenger side) part; the opposite side is sold separately. It replaces OEM number 66320L0000 and cross-references to Partslink HY1241177. It is listed for the 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata.

Body Shop Fitment and Installation Guide

This panel is a body-shop style replacement. It should be test-fitted before paint so that panel gaps to the surrounding parts can be checked and adjusted. It uses a bolt-on attachment at the factory mounting points. Once fitment is confirmed, the panel can be prepared, painted to match the vehicle color and installed using the original mounting hardware where it is in good condition.

For a repair that lasts, make sure any damaged brackets or supports behind the panel are repaired or replaced as well, and treat any bare metal before painting. A correctly prepared and painted replacement panel restores both the appearance and the resale value of the vehicle.

If the other side is also damaged, the matching driver-side fender for the Sonata lets you replace both together for an even, consistent look. To complete the repair, many owners also replace the front right inner fender liner for the Hyundai Sonata. Ordering the parts you need together saves time and lets you finish the repair in one visit to the shop.

When you order, double-check the model year, the position on the vehicle and, where shown, the OEM reference number. Matching these details is the simplest way to make sure the replacement arrives ready to install on your Hyundai Sonata.

Choose this fender when you want a direct replacement for your Hyundai Sonata rather than a universal part. Confirm the year and side, then add it to your order.
