Description

2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata Rear Left Door Shell – OEM 77003L0000 Replacement

Restore the original look and function of your 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata with this rear left door shell for the driver side. It is built as a vehicle-specific replacement for owners and repair shops who need a part that matches the factory design instead of a universal piece that has to be modified to fit. This part replaces OEM part number 77003L0000.

Side impacts often leave a door too damaged to straighten. Replacing the door shell is the cleaner repair, giving you a straight panel with correct body lines and mounting points. Browse the full range of replacement door shells if you are fixing more than one vehicle. The shell is supplied bare, so the internal hardware and trim from the original door are moved over during installation.

Insurance repairs, collision estimates and rust repairs often call for a replacement panel rather than hours of straightening. A new panel restores the correct body lines and gives the painter a clean surface, which helps the finished repair blend with the rest of the vehicle.

Fitment is listed for Hyundai Sonata model years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. It is for the driver side (left) of the vehicle. The OEM reference number is 77003L0000. As always, confirm the part number and trim level against your vehicle before installation. We stock a range of other Hyundai parts, so it is easy to source everything for the repair in one place.

Body Shop Fitment and Installation Guide

We recommend a professional body shop or experienced installer for this part. Test-fit the panel first, check the alignment with the neighboring panels and then remove it for paint preparation. After painting, refit it on the factory mounting points and transfer any moldings, clips or brackets from the original part.

For a repair that lasts, make sure any damaged brackets or supports behind the panel are repaired or replaced as well, and treat any bare metal before painting. A correctly prepared and painted replacement panel restores both the appearance and the resale value of the vehicle.

Many repairs involve more than one part, so it is worth checking the surrounding components while the vehicle is apart. For the opposite side of the vehicle, choose the 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata passenger-side door shell. Damage in this area often affects nearby parts too, so you may also need the 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata front left door shell.

Taking a minute to confirm the year, side and part number before ordering avoids delays and gets your Sonata back on the road sooner.

This rear left door shell is a practical way to bring your Sonata back to a clean, factory-style condition. Check your fitment, confirm the part number, and order the replacement that matches your vehicle.
