For Hyundai Sonata 2020-2023 Rear Door Shell Right Side

Description

2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata Rear Right Door Shell: Direct-Fit Replacement

Looking for a replacement rear right door shell for a 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata? This door shell is designed specifically for the Hyundai Sonata and fits the passenger side of the vehicle, following the original part’s shape and mounting layout. This part replaces OEM part number 77004L0000.

Side impacts often leave a door too damaged to straighten. Replacing the door shell is the cleaner repair, giving you a straight panel with correct body lines and mounting points. Browse the full range of replacement door shells if you are fixing more than one vehicle. The shell is supplied bare, so the internal hardware and trim from the original door are moved over during installation.

A panel usually needs replacing rather than repairing when the metal is creased along a body line, torn, stretched or rusted through. Heavy filler work on a damaged panel can crack later and rarely matches the factory shape, while a new panel gives a straight, consistent surface for paint and correct gaps to the surrounding parts.

Fitment is listed for Hyundai Sonata model years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. It is for the passenger side (right) of the vehicle. The OEM reference number is 77004L0000. As always, confirm the part number and trim level against your vehicle before installation. We stock a range of replacement parts for Hyundai vehicles, so it is easy to source everything for the repair in one place.

Preparing and Installing Your Sonata Door Shell

This panel is a body-shop style replacement. It should be test-fitted before paint so that panel gaps to the surrounding parts can be checked and adjusted. Once fitment is confirmed, the panel can be prepared, painted to match the vehicle color and installed using the original mounting hardware where it is in good condition.

Body panels affect how the whole vehicle looks, so take the time to check alignment carefully before final installation. Small adjustments at the mounting points make a big difference to the gaps with the surrounding panels. Using a part designed for the Sonata reduces the amount of adjustment needed compared with a universal or modified part.

Replacing both sides at once keeps the finish matched, and the Hyundai Sonata rear left door shell is available for the opposite side. If neighboring parts were damaged at the same time, we also stock the front right door shell for the Hyundai Sonata. If you are not sure about fitment, have your VIN and the number from your original part ready before you order.

Taking a minute to confirm the year, side and part number before ordering avoids delays and gets your Sonata back on the road sooner.

With the correct fitment for the 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata, this replacement door shell helps you finish the repair properly and keep your Hyundai looking the way it should. Order today and get the job done.
